• All orders are shipped direct to you as per your provided shipping address at the time of order confirmation.
• No changes can be made once product is shipped after payment received.
• We  have the right to do partial return or contact you for any changes in  the order in case if the product is out of stock or not available at the  time of order.
• hobbiesnsmoke.com is not responsible for  shipping delays or loss or damage of goods caused by the carrier, or any  other outside influence. All merchandise becomes your property at the  time of shipment.
• If the payment if processed through Paypal  then customer should contact us first if they have any issue with order,  delivery or shipping of the product. 
• Customer will receive Order confirmation email and then Tracking details in next email once order is shipped.
• Please be advised that we are unable to ship to PO boxes.
• We do not ship to foreign jurisdictions without legal analysis of laws permitting the sale of ingestible CBD.
